Pengaruh Model Kooperatif Tipe Take and Give Berbantuan Media Smart Box terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rindi

The urgency of this research lies in addressing the low student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Rindi, as reflected in the Final Semester Summative scores for the 2024/2025 academic year. This issue highlights the need for innovative learning methods that can actively engage students and enhance their understanding of the material. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the take and give type of cooperative learning model supported by Smart Sox media has a significant effect on students' academic achievement. This research uses an associative quantitative approach with an experimental method. The sample consists of two classes: Class VII-A as the control group and Class VII-B as the experimental group, each comprising 24 students. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through several stages, including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, homogeneity testing, and a paired sample t-test. The results of the hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test show a significant effect, indicating that the take and give cooperative learning model supported by Smart Sox media positively influences student learning outcomes. These findings suggest that interactive and media-based learning approaches can enhance student engagement and comprehension. This study is expected to serve as a reference for educators in selecting effective learning strategies to improve the quality of education, particularly in enhancing student achievement.
