Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy
This journal permits the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in scientific publishing while upholding publication ethics, transparency, confidentiality, and academic responsibility. Authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers must comply with the following principles:

AI must not be listed as an author. Authors are not permitted to list or cite AI tools and AI-assisted technologies as authors of scientific works.

Authors are responsible for plagiarism and proper attribution of sources. Since AI tools may generate content derived from various sources without proper attribution, including copyrighted materials, authors are responsible for citing appropriate sources, obtaining necessary permissions, and ensuring that AI-generated content does not contain plagiarism.

Manuscript confidentiality must be maintained. Manuscripts submitted to the journal are considered confidential communications. The use of AI tools in manuscript processing or evaluation may compromise confidentiality. Therefore, editors, reviewers, and publishers must not upload manuscripts under review to AI systems that cannot guarantee confidentiality without obtaining explicit permission from the authors.
The journal reserves the right to request clarification regarding the use of AI and take appropriate action if any violations of this policy are identified.
