Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model Project Based Learning (PjBl) terhadap penguasaan konsep IPA terpadu pada siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode quasi eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP di Kota Bandung sebanyak dua kelas yang menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes penguasaan konsep, angket penilaian produk dan angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran IPA terpadu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa data bahwa dengan pemenuhan model PjBl. Kewenangan pembelajaran IPA terpadu dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa SMP. Peningkatan tertinggi pada tema pencemaran air terdapat pada konsep campuran dan metode pemisahan. Respon siswa memberikan respon positif dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu tema pencemaran air menggunakan model PjBL dengan angket aspek opini sebesar 83,5%, kecemasan siswa sebesar 95,5%, keuntungan model pembelajaran PjBL sebesar 96,25% dan keuntungan pembelajaran IPA terpadu sebesar 95,75%.
