Pemberdayaan Remaja sebagai Agen Pencegahan Stunting Berbasis Digital di MAN Kota Palopo

Stunting masih menjadi persoalan kesehatan yang perlu dicegah sejak masa remaja melalui penguatan literasi kesehatan, pemahaman gizi, dan keterlibatan remaja dalam menyebarkan informasi kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membekali siswa MAN Kota Palopo dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mendukung peran remaja sebagai agen pencegahan stunting berbasis digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, Juni–Agustus 2026, dengan sasaran 30–40 siswa kelas X–XI yang didampingi Guru UKS dan Pembina OSIS. Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi dan edukasi pencegahan stunting, praktik pemanfaatan media digital, serta pelatihan dan aksi kader kesehatan remaja. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengamatan keterlibatan peserta dalam diskusi dan praktik, kemampuan menjelaskan kembali materi, penggunaan media edukasi digital, serta kemampuan menyampaikan informasi kesehatan kepada teman sebaya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan memberikan pengalaman kepada siswa dalam memahami stunting, 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan, gizi seimbang, anemia remaja, kesehatan reproduksi, serta penggunaan e-book, poster digital, dan video sebagai media edukasi. Kegiatan juga menghasilkan kader kesehatan remaja yang memperoleh pengalaman dalam komunikasi kesehatan dan edukasi teman sebaya. Keberlanjutan program didukung oleh Guru UKS dan Pembina OSIS melalui pendampingan kader serta pemanfaatan media digital dalam kegiatan edukasi kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah.
