Analisis Kepercayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kelurahan

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Kelurahan Dangerakko Kota Palopo. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan angket terhadap 45 orang sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kepercayaan masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Dangerakko Kota Palopo, sudah mendapat kepercayaan masyarakat. Yang dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) data yang diperoleh dari jawaban angket yaitu 28,88% dari responden menyatakan sangat setuju tentang para pegawai yang bekerja dengan baik di Kantor Kelurahan Dangerakko Kota Palopo, sedangkan 71,11% dari masyarakat menyatakan setuju, 0% menyatakan tidak setuju, dan 0% menyatakan sangat tidak setuju. Dengan dikuatkannya oleh pernyataan salah satu responden yang bernama Muh. Agus Ramlan (38 tahun), beliau berkata bahwa, kinerja pemerintah yang ada di Kantor Kelurahan Dangerakko Kota Palopo, sudah berjalan dengan prosedur pelaksanaan kerja.
