Adaptasi Digital Marketing UMKM Kopi Produk Menuju Transformasi Digital di Era Pandemi Covid-19

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 berdampak pada segala aspek, salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi. Demi mempertahankan kopi Produk UMKM di masa pandemi, pelaku UMKM menjadi Kopi beradaptasi dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Ini adalah tujuan dari penelitiannya yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga digital bisa bersinergi dengan transformasi digital saat ini. Dengan mengamati dan mempelajari literatur yang digunakan sebagai metode penelitian, mengumpulkan informasi agar proses adaptasi dapat berjalan lancar sesuai rencana. Setelah UMKM Produk Kopi memiliki mengadaptasi bisnis digital di bagian pemasaran hasil digital yang didapatkan yaitu hadirnya Instagram Media Sosial, Blog, Toko Online, dan Metode Pembayaran baru. Penggunaan teknologi ini tentunya berdampak pada keduanya Pelaku UMKM dan konsumen yang merasa mudah. Di masa depan, penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan memperluas pasar online dan menilai tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan penggunaan media digital dalam produk UMKM Kopi ini.
