Pengaruh Ketimpangan Pendapatan dan Kemiskinan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kelurahan Gubeng

Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan terbesar di Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar serta dinamika sosial ekonomi yang kompleks. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Surabaya tahun 2025, jumlah penduduk Kota Surabaya diperkirakan mencapai sekitar 3,08 juta jiwa. Kondisi tersebut menuntut pemerintah daerah hingga tingkat kelurahan untuk memiliki data yang akurat, mutakhir, dan terintegrasi sebagai dasar dalam merumuskan kebijakan pembangunan, khususnya dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah adalah melalui pendataan Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) yang bertujuan menyediakan basis data pembangunan yang komprehensif hingga tingkat rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana peran kelurahan melalui pendataan SDG’s dalam mendukung upaya pengurangan kemiskinan sehingga tujuan “Kelurahan Tanpa Kemiskinan” dapat terwujud di Kelurahan Gubeng, Kota Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Selain itu, kelurahan memiliki kapasitas dalam proses pendataan melalui dukungan sistem informasi, kelembagaan yang ada, serta sumber daya manusia (SDM) hingga tingkat rumah tangga sehikebarungga data yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan tepat sasaran dalam mendukung program pengentasan kemiskinan.
