Pemberdayaan Kelompok IGTKI Kabupaten Madiun melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Inklusif Digital Berbasis Aplikasi e-IM3 Creative

Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Indonesia (IGTKI)-PGRI Kabupaten Madiun menaungi 247 lembaga dengan 892 guru, dan 73% di antaranya telah menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus, namun hanya 18% guru merasa kompeten menanganinya. Persoalan utama mitra adalah rendahnya kapasitas produksi media pembelajaran inklusif digital dan lemahnya manajemen penerapannya di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan media pembelajaran inklusif digital melalui aplikasi e-IM3 Creative yang dirancang berdasarkan prinsip Universal Design for Learning. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan participatory action research melalui lima tahap: sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi dan manajemen, penerapan teknologi disertai lesson study, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta penguatan keberlanjutan. Kegiatan diikuti guru TK perwakilan seluruh kecamatan di Kabupaten Madiun. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang pembelajaran inklusif serta kemampuan memproduksi tiga jenis media digital, yakni kartu bergambar interaktif, video pembelajaran, dan permainan edukatif, sekaligus menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan melakukan asesmen kebutuhan belajar anak. Program juga membentuk komunitas praktisi dan bank media sebagai sarana kolaborasi berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi content creator yang ramah pengguna disertai pendampingan reflektif efektif memperkuat kompetensi guru dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif sejak usia dini.
