Dari Dana Desa ke Desa Berdaya: Menguji Peran Akuntabilitas, Transparansi dan Partisipasi

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa yang akuntabel, transparan, dan partisipatif mampu mewujudkan desa yang lebih berdaya dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana desa terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Amongrogo, Kecamatan Limpung, Kabupaten Batang. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria berusia minimal 17 tahun dan memiliki hak pilih. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat, sedangkan transparansi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 40,4%. Sisanya sebesar 59,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain, seperti faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan kebijakan desa, serta memperluas cakupan sampel.
