Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Tata Lestari di Lingkungan Desa

Urgensi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, employee engagement, dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan keberlanjutan organisasi di lingkungan desa. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement, dan Remunerasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV Tata Lestari, Purworejo. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perubahan kinerja karyawan yang signifikan, rendahnya kehadiran, ketidakpuasaan terhadap remunerasi dan kurangnya partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah Work Llife Balance, Employee Engagement, dan Remunerasi masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, melibatkan seluruh 50 karyawan bagian produksi sebagai responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, (2) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, (3) Remunerasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.
